I am a very experienced Engineer, Manager, and Teacher skilled in scheduling, contractor relations, employee coaching, decision making, team building, and goal setting. I have a wide range of government and industry experience. I have taught mathematics, physics, and CAD, produced patents, testified as an expert witness, and put products into production, both here and abroad (far-east). With experience in the defense industry, the disk drive industry, and the semiconductor industry, I’ve held positions in large companies and small. I have managed from 1 to 20 direct reports at a time and had a span of control of up to 40 people. I am comfortable dealing with offshore operations, local contractors, and making presentations to large groups.
